No order, no review.
The review form opens only with order and delivery data from your store.
Suspicious reviews get a second look.
The checks never reject a review on their own; someone on your team decides.
Rejected reviewers are told why.
The reason goes out by email, and the shopper can fix the review and send it again.

Some switches we left out on purpose.

Settings that review rules treat as a problem simply do not exist in Sayproof. Nobody on your team can turn them on, not even by accident.

Download the period report from the panel. Its verification code shows that the document has not been changed since.

Clean reviews can go live on their own if you like. Flagged ones land in the approval queue with the reason spelled out.

Personal data, health claims, repeated text: every flag sits next to the review.
A low rating is not a reason to reject.
Reasons come from a fixed list, and “negative” is not on it.
Decide in bulk.
Approve or reject up to 200 reviews at once.
Replies go the same way.
